Sea Lore Alana!

In Nails, OPI, Sea Lore by Jacki4 Comments

Good morning, readers. It’s Monday, ugh. Good thing I have a pretty new polish to show you! We are on the 4th day of Sea Lore’s Triton’s Daughters Collection. If you missed my three earlier posts, you can find the intro to the Triton’s Daughters Collection and Ariel post HERE, the Andrina post HERE, and the Aquata post HERE.

Alana is the pink glitter of the collection, described as “a sea anemone pink jelly polish with rose colored hexes and rose shimmer.” There are also rose colored square glitters! It’s lovely and I was lucky enough to get an Alana ring with my set! You may remember the picture from the intro post, but I wanted to show it again!

Look at the gorgeous flakies! A free ring with every purchase over $20!
The coordinating base color I chose was OPI Sparrow Me The Drama and I really liked them together. The base of Alana is slightly tinted, but like the others in the collection so far, I don’t think it would change a non coordinating base color too much unless you did a few coats.

Only ONE coat of Alana!
I used:
Duri Rejuvacote
2 coats of OPI Sparrow Me The Drama
1 coat of Sea Lore Alana
1 coat of NYC Grand Central Station quick dry top coat

What do you think of Alana? I love it! Like the others in the collection, it only needed one coat over the base color and was super packed with gorgeous flakies and just enough glitter. It was perfectly smooth after one coat of top coat and applied really easily. I can’t wait to try more combinations!

What are you thinking of this Triton’s Daughters Collection? Do you have a favorite yet?
